Dexter

May 2006 – March 2017

He came to us in Feb of 2008, a shy 21 month old. His description said “Well he will never be a Walmart greeter but in the right home, with a little patience, he will make someone an amazing companion.” He fooled us all and became the best ambassadog ever. For many in the community, Dex was the first greyhound they met -at the hundreds of meet and greets that he worked, when he went with us on so many home visits, or standing by my side at fun runs. Loved by everyone, missed by us all. He took a huge piece of our hearts with him to the bridge.
