Victor is a calm, friendly boy.

He came to us through the American Lurcher Project and has just retired from racing - at 7 years of age! Like most of the lurchers, when not racing, he was tied up to a short chain. So everything in retirement is new to him.

Victor is working on hard on learning his manners. Potty training is coming along, but he has had a few accidents. Counters are an excellent source of food - and this boy loves his food! He and his foster mom are working on this. He would do best fed in his crate if he is with other dogs - at least until he realizes that no one is going to challenge him for his food. He has discovered dog beds and the sofa and loves to just cuddle with his foster mom and watch TV. Victor also thinks most household articles are toys - grocery bags, paper towels, pens - all are greyt to play with - so he still needs to be closely supervised when roaming the house.

This boy loves to go for walks, and is excellent on the leash. Not a bit worried by anything or anyone he encounters - after all everyone must want to hug him and pet him. And he is always ready to give kisses - whether you are ready or not! Victor is also an excellent traveller and is quiet and calm in the car.

Victor is being fostered in St. Albert, Alberta.

Vowel is a happy and friendly girl.

With her beautiful dark mask, and dark red coloring, she is quite the beauty!  Vowel is calm and laid back.  She isn't a big fan of being in her crate as she would much rather be with people getting some loving and attention.  She completely ignored the cat during her cat testing and is fostered with small dogs.

Vowel is ADOPTED!

Wichita is a calm, quiet boy, who decided that the racing to a soft bed was a much better job for him than racing at a track.

His sire is Last Outlaw, his dam is WW's Sweet Gretch.  Three of his littermates are registered, Wichita is not.

He crates well, and gets along with both the greyhound and small dog in his foster home. He is working on his leash manners but enjoys his walks and travels like a dream.

Wichita has a PENDING ADOPTION!
